Sworn Translation Service
Since 2011, Tercümentral Translation Office has been providing sworn translation services with its experienced and professional staff. One of the most frequently asked questions by our clients is “What is a Sworn Translation?” We aim to eliminate your question marks, solve your business needs as quickly as possible, and offer the most affordable sworn translation service.
What is Sworn Translation?
Sworn Translation refers to the translated documents officially requested and approved by public authorities in Turkey or any part of the world. These documents are delivered to our clients with a wet signature and stamp of a sworn translator. Sworn Translation is also known as Notarized Translation.
How is Sworn Translation Done?
If required by official authorities, you can get your sworn translation approval free of charge at Tercümentral Translation Office. The translator places their sworn stamp and wet signature under the translated document. The language of the translation is also stated, and finally, the document is stamped by our office to complete the process. We do not charge any fees for this process and can provide up to two copies of the requested documents.
What is Notarized Translation?
Notarized Translation is an additional approval requested by certain authorities on top of sworn translation. Be cautious of offices that claim to offer sworn translation but cannot provide notarized approval. Tercümentral is a notary-sworn translation office and offers notarized translations in many world languages. You simply need to send us your documents via e-mail. We will first translate them and then get them notarized at no extra service charge.
Which Authorities Require Notarized Translation?
Typically, consulates, governorates, district governorships, police departments, and courts require notarized translations for document submission. Documents requested by such official bodies are carefully prepared in accordance with their requirements and delivered to you by our office.
Which Documents Require Notary Approval?
Some public institutions in Turkey require notarized translations of your documents. Occasionally, Apostille certification may also be required. You may either have them notarized at any notary public or receive free notary certification support from Tercümentral Translation Office.
